Hello everyone!

Today I'll show you Essence Special Effect Topper in shade 12 Holo topping, please!

It has fine holographic glitter. When it dries it has matte finish so you can wear it like that or with clear top coat. It dries fast and it's a bit hard to remove because of glitter.

The price is a bit under 3 dollars and you get 8 ml of polish, 0.27 fl.oz.

And now I'll show you how it looks like with one, two and three coats on bare nails and also how it looks like with eight other polishes as a base.
